European further training course “Towards becoming a Good Adult Educator”

What are the criteria for a good adult educator in Europe today? Where and how does learning take place? How can adult educators facilitate learning; through guidance, facilitation, training or coaching?

Adult educators in Europe need to share experience, knowledge and to reflect on own practice in order to enhance the quality of adult education practice. Therefore, European adult educators are invited to participate in the further training course "Towards becoming a Good Adult Educator".

The course is offered on two occasions: October 23 – 27, 2006 in Lithuania and November 24 – 28, 2006 in Hungary. The course is offered by a European team of trainers and can be financed by Grundtvig 3 scholarships.
