Beskrivning / Case description: | 3Estonian Non-formal Adult Education Association started with evaluation of quality of their member organisations. The process started with creating a quality assessment system. which is based on the expetations of learners, teachers, employers, funding bodies, owners and local community. The evaluation procedure consists of two parts: internal evaluation and external valuation. During this procedure learners and teachers fill the questionnaires, the result should give the answer , do the school fulfil their expetations. The local community representatives and school owners will be interviewed.. The second part of evaluation procedure is external evaluation. Responsible person is the expert. He/she evaluates the school on the bases of documents and internal evaluation results. He/she also does few interviews. |
