Career Development Programs for Women in Science and Technology through Life Long Learning

The intention of the project

We are going to work out and to propose the new study programs for women with a higher education which have not been represented in Baltics till now, likely, science communicator, laboratory manager.

Science communicator education will offer job training programms for re-employement to help highaly educated, but career interrupted women in science and technology to re-enter the regional society and to establish more after-school science classes for low-income children and students in special schools with relatively fewer opportunities to learn science and technology.
Laboratory manager training will be aimed to support participants wishing to find employment in medium and large research centres.
