The main idea is to collect information that could be used by municipalities’ representatives who works with GPP. The Training Toolkit framework will explain EU legislation on GPP, Life Cycle Perspective, Eco labeling, chemical substances in articles, main risks, Material selection criteria for GPP etc. The main topics will be based on EU legislation so it will be easily transferable to other countries. Within the project the developed material will be adapted to Latvian situation and tested on pilot groups – municipalities executive directors. As result the developed Training Toolkit framework will be easily adoptable to other countries as Latvia, Finland and Iceland is involved in this project implementation and the best praxis and examples will be summarized.
