Harnessing Regional Qualifications Framework to Integrate Quality Assurance in TVET

CPSC, with the support of partner organizations, recognizes the need for eventual development of a Regional Qualifications Framework in TVET in the region for standard setting and facilitation of greater workforce mobility. This has been underscored in the 2008 Manila Declaration supported by various country representatives and international/regional organizations as initiatives in addressing poverty and contributing to achieving the UN Millennium Development Goals.
It is expected to bring together around 150 policy makers, senior administrators, decision makers, teachers/professors, educators, representatives of NGOs, civil society, academic institutions, research bodies and other similar organizations.
