Inside Out - Re-imagining cultural action in Europe

The conference is organised by ARS BALTICA’s partner on the EU cultural scene, Europan Forum for the Arts and Heritage. The tone of the EFAH Inside Out 20007 conference in Poland will be experimental: a dynamic and participatory event building on the success of the 2006 Helsinki conference. An important focus for the conference will be the recently published European Commission document entitled ‘Communication on culture in a globalizing world’.
