Beskrivning / Case description:

The participants study foreign languages, psychology, computer skills in different courses in the AHL Tartu Center. During the studies the developing of their competences will be tested by dialogues, group work, home work, tasks, presentations. In the end of the courses participants get a certificate signed by teacher and the head of the organisation and curricula with subjects and study hours. The competences obtained can be described indirectly (passed the program) or directly. The testing and validation is voluntary for participants.
Egen bedömning av “best practice” / own evaluation of practice: Validated non-formal learning process and the certificate with the curricula expands the options for the complementary education and can be recognized by formal education system and labor market
